FROM SPEAKER TO TEACHER
My Crazy ride at the
Buckle up, 'cause I'm about to spill the tea on my wild ride at the Summit Web3 Creators.
So, picture this: a bunch of Creative Web3 nerds (in the best way possible) decide to share their know-how for free.
We called it "An event by Creators, for Creators." It's basically a bunch of kickass creators helping other kickass creators level up their game in the Web3 world.
Summit Creators Web 3

I jumped in to design the event's branding, aiming for that sleek, safe, and bright vibe. No biggie, I thought. I'd knock it out early, even with NFTNYC and a Miami vacay on my plate.
But then, plot twist! They hit me with, "Hey, wanna speak about your Web3 artist journey?" Talk about throwing me in the deep end! Suddenly, I'm racing against time, hopping on planes like a maniac, catching up with old pals, and soaking in the NFTNYC madness.

Somehow, I managed to get my act together and focus on my talk. My mission?
Drill home how crucial it is to nail down your brand in the Web3 circus (or any circus, really).
Drawing from my own crazy ride and work shenanigans, I kinda knew my stuff. Those moments when I doubted myself? They turned into my secret weapon, and I wanted to share that mojo with everyone else.

During my Summit spiel, I dove into why having a crystal-clear personal image is a game-changer. I mean, if you don't know who the heck you are, how's anyone else supposed to figure it out?
So, I hit 'em with the big questions: Who are you? What's your deal? What're you trying to say?
Nailing these helps you stand out in the digital jungle. It's like having a neon sign pointing to your art in a sea of billboards.
Oh, and don't even get me started on networking and collab-ing with other artists. In the Web3 hood, it's all about who you know. But it's not just career stuff – it's about scratching that itch to connect and create cool shit together.
Team-ups can lead to some crazy awesome opportunities, light a fire under your creativity, and expand your squad. Plus, you're not just growing your fanbase; you're leveling up your whole artistic game.
To wrap it all up, I showed off some of the artists who make me go "Damn!" – the ones who've got their image game on lock. You see their stuff, and BAM! You know it's them. That's the dream, folks.
By showing these examples, I hoped to light a fire under everyone's butts to polish their artistic personas. If I could add just a tiny spark to their creative infernos, pushing them to chase their dreams with guts and clarity, then mission accomplished!"

Visual artists play a crucial role in the development and evolution of Web3 by enriching its aesthetics, identity, and user experience.
The future of Web3 is driven by the creativity and unique vision of creators.
MANIBOT HOLDERS
Ever wondered if Art and Graphic Design are like cousins who can't decide if they love or hate each other?
In the crazy world of creativity, these two are like peas in a pod... but also kinda like oil and water. Graphic design is the nerd with a plan, all about getting the message across, while art is the wild child, going wherever the feels take it.
Let's dive into what makes them tick, Killer Bunny style!
ART & DESIGN

WORKSHOP
Assonance
So, Art and Graphic Design are like twins separated at birth. Graphic design is all about solving problems and talking pretty with pictures. It's got a job to do, you know? Meanwhile, art is off in la-la land, expressing itself and making people feel things.
Graphic design's got a game plan: research, brainstorm, make it happen, then see if it worked. It's like a recipe for visual awesomeness. Art? It's more like throwing spaghetti at the wall and seeing what sticks. It's all about vibes and letting your freak flag fly.

Now, let me gush about Alphonse Mucha for a sec. This guy was the king of Art Nouveau, and he totally nailed the whole art-meets-design thing. He made ads look like they belonged in a museum. Talk about goals!
In our second class, we got down and dirty with poster-making. We're talking balance, symmetry, harmony - all that good stuff that makes your eyeballs happy. It's like cooking up a visual feast that people can't help but stare at.

CLASS 2

PLANNING & CREATION
We played around with making things look balanced (no tippy posters here!), symmetric (for that satisfying OCD feel), and threw in some contrast to make things pop.
For homework, everyone had to whip up their own poster.

ASSERTIVE FEEDBACK
FINAL CLASS
In our last class, it was show-and-tell time. We all got to play design critic, giving each other the lowdown on our posters. It was like a friendly roast, but for art.

To wrap it up, we had a good old chinwag about what we learned. I even threw in some cool websites for picking colors, fonts, and other design goodies. You know, to help everyone level up their design game in the future.
And that's the tea on Art vs Graphic Design, folks!
